Services
Gigatech may provide IT support, managed services, antivirus, backups, repairs, hardware sales, remote support and custom development by agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on available information and may change if scope, parts, travel or technical conditions differ from the original request.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to systems, required credentials and timely approval for work.
Backups and data
Clients should maintain backups of important data. Where Gigatech provides backup services, the exact scope and recovery expectations should be confirmed in writing.
Hardware and third-party services
Hardware, software, licences, hosting, email, live chat and other third-party services may be subject to supplier terms and availability.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, Gigatech is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption or data loss beyond the agreed service scope.
