Business Care vs. Web & Domain Care — these are different offers
Business Care (above, R349/mo) is a hosting plan: it’s for a new website hosted with Gigahost, with up to 20 minutes of content changes a month built in from day one.
Already have a website hosted somewhere else and just want someone to manage the domain, DNS, SSL and small changes without moving hosting? That’s a separate service: Web & Domain Care. It happens to also have a R349/mo tier, but it’s an add-on for existing IT clients, not a hosting plan.

Web hosting questions.
Can I upgrade later if I outgrow my plan?
Yes. Moving between Starter, Business and Pro is a plan change on the same account — no re-migration needed.
Do you handle migration from my current host?
Yes. Migration is free on annual prepay for every plan, and free on any term for Business Care. On monthly billing, migration is a one-off R450 unless you’re moving to Business Care.
What happens if I need more mailboxes or storage than my plan includes?
Tell us and we’ll either size you into the next plan up or quote an add-on — we won’t silently cut off your mail.
Is this the same as Web & Domain Care?
No. Hosting plans (this page) are for hosting your site and email with Gigahost. Web & Domain Care is a separate add-on for managing your domain, DNS and small site changes, including for sites hosted elsewhere.
